Powerline Phone Tips
- When you access your Credit Union account, be sure to follow each entry (account number and PIN) with the pound # sign.
- No decimal points are needed for entering dollars and cents. For example $10.00 is entered 1000# and $10.25 is entered 1025#.
- Press 9 to return to the main menu.
- Press 0 to repeat the current menu.
- Press 1 to process the transaction.
- Press 2 to cancel.
- To end the call–hang up.
- Remember to record all transactions for comparison with your monthly and quarterly statements.
Important: Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) is not easy to replace. Please keep this information in a safe, secure place. We cannot give you this information over the phone if you misplace it.
Never give people your secret security code (PIN) or any account number for an account you have at the MountainCrest Credit Union.
