How Do I Sign Up?
You will need to contact the Credit Union for a temporary password. To access your account you will need your personal identification number (PIN).
- Simply call 1-866-470-7408.
- Enter your account number followed by the pound sign (#).
- Enter temporary password followed by the pound sign (#).
- Choose from the menu selection, then wait for further instructions.
- Enter 1.
- Enter your personally chosen 4 digit personal identification number followed by the (#).
- Press 1 to approve or 2 to cancel.
When You Need to Talk to Your Money
- Call 1-866-470-7408 toll free from any touch-tone phone. Before you dial, remember to have your account number and secret PIN ready to punch in.
- To access you account press 1, to repeat this message press 0. to exit press *.
- Enter your account number, followed by the pound (#) sign. To cancel and return to the previous message press *.
- Enter your secret PIN followed by the (#) sign. To cancel and return to previous message press *.
- Choose the type of transaction by listening to the menu options.
- If Powerline asks for a suffix code, enter the two-digit code for the type of account you want. Each type of account has a suffix code. (Savings is 00, checking is 10.) These codes can be found on your monthly statement, transaction receipt or membership card.
- Powerline will confirm your transaction. You may then hang up to end the call, or continue with another transaction by pressing 9.
